Giftaplace.com offers document packages that are high-quality gift articles. Nobody can own an actual place through our Service. However, our customer receives a certificate with individual dedication, a chosen name, and the date of their choosing.
Disclaimer:
Giftaplace.com is a private registry service and has no affiliation with any governmental entities or educational institutions. International Astronomical Union only has the authority to name a place officially. Giftaplace.com does not have the power to confer legal title to the designated location. Our Service limits to a certificate that states permanent registration of the name of your choice with a private place registry on our database.
You may access the detailed information about the Service, which is fully incorporated herein, at International Shipping.
Your access to the website holds you responsible for third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). Besides, you must provide all the necessary information to access the website.
License and Site Access
By agreeing to the TOS, giftaplace.com grants you a limited license that is necessary to get you access to our website. The licensed user is not allowed to download or copy account information for the benefit of any other third party; to cache unauthorized hypertext links to the website or frame any content available through the website. Giftaplace.com may immediately restrict your access to the site in case of any unauthorized use on your part.

User Account of Giftaplace.com
In consideration of your use of the website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, card details, and dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as and when needed.

Description of Products and Services of the Site:
Giftaplace.com provides users with a simple way to purchase a certificate with an individual name, location, and date. The customer must remember that it is only a gift article. Places cannot be officially named. The Registry provided is a backup in case of a loss of the certificate.
Gift Cards
Present TOS will also apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Cards. The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions:
Gift Cards ordered through our website will be delivered automatically to your email address. Our Gift Certificates include unique ID Numbers (UID). The user can redeem our Gift cards on our website, as full or part payment of products from our website. A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Card. When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s information correctly, including the recipient country.
We are responsible if the entered address is not correct. Website offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers. All Gift Cards are dated and expire three months from the date of issue. Gift Cards can be redeemed for products to be shipped only to the country indicated while ordering. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash. Gift Cards are redeemable against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Card. Where Products purchased online with a Gift Card are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Card. We are not responsible for providing any replacement if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. We reserve the right to cancel and refund Gift Cards unilaterally.
Submitted Content
By submitting any unsolicited information and materials, including comments, ideas, questions, designs, and other similar communications (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”) to Giftaplace.com through the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not provide any Unsolicited Information through the website. All Unsolicited Information will be considered NON-CONFIDENTIAL and NON-PROPRIETARY. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the site, services, content, or products purchased via the website is to stop using the site and services.
Giftaplace.com attempts to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are reasonable. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, Giftaplace.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of the confirmation of order and payments made. We will refund the money in case of any cancellation due to our error.
Optional Tools
You acknowledge and agree that we provide you with access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas

Modification and Notification of Changes
Giftaplace.com reserves the right to make changes to the Site, related policies and agreements, this TOS and the Privacy Policy at any time. If Giftaplace.com makes a material modification to this TOS or the Privacy Policy, it will notify you by displaying a prominent announcement above the text of this TOS or the Privacy Policy, as appropriate, for thirty (30) days, and you agree that such notification shall be sufficient notification of such changes.

Survival of Terms After Agreement Ends.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the TOS or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of this TOS that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on a party will survive the expiration or termination of this TOS.
